What standards do you apply for US projects?+
We detail and draft structural steel components according to the AISC Code of Standard Practice (AISC 303) and AWS D1.1 structural welding references. Weld specifications, bolt tolerances, and framing offsets are adjusted per local and regional codes.
Do you detail miscellaneous items in the same package?+
Yes. If structural steel and miscellaneous items (stairs, handrails, embeds) are part of a unified bid package, we coordinate and detail both so the shop receives a coordinated release package.
How fast can you review an RFQ package?+
We review complete design drawings and project scope documents within 24 hours (or 1 business day). Large projects or packages with missing documents can take slightly longer to coordinate.
What CNC output files can you provide?+
We generate industry-standard DSTV (.nc) files for CNC drill lines, DXF files for plasma cutters, and XML/KSS data files for fabricator ERP integration.
Do you coordinate with the Engineer of Record (EOR)?+
Yes. We raise clear, well-referenced RFIs during the modeling phase to resolve design discrepancies and coordinate connections directly with the project engineering team.
