3D Modeling, 4D Simulation & IFC Review
We build and inspect 3D models of the structure before anything is fabricated — catching collisions and errors on screen instead of on site.
Coordinate structures in three dimensions. We analyze IFC models, run geometric clash reviews, and verify drawing completeness before shop fabrication starts.

Common questions
Asked by fabricators and GCs.
What is an IFC file and why is it important?+
IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) is a neutral, open data format that allows different modeling platforms to exchange 3D geometry and data accurately, preventing information loss.
How do you perform a clash check?+
We compile structural steel models, mechanical models, and concrete foundation models into a unified coordination environment, running calculations to locate physical interferences (clashes) between elements.
Do you check bolt clearance coordinates in 3D?+
Yes. We check bolt layouts, projections, and tool clearances in the model to verify that erectors have physical access to tighten connection bolts on-site.
How do you log coordinates for designer review?+
We generate coordinates in BCF (BIM Collaboration Format) or coordinate logs (Excel/PDF) with spatial coordinates, descriptions, and 3D screenshots for easy RFI upload.
Can you run 4D construction-sequence simulation?+
Yes. We link model elements to schedule phases so erection sequences, crane access, and staging can be reviewed visually before steel arrives on site.
