Estimating & Multi-Trade Takeoffs
Before you bid a job, we measure the drawings and tell you exactly how much material it takes — steel, drywall, concrete, roofing, and 14+ trades.
From steel and rebar to drywall, EIFS, stucco, roofing, cladding, concrete, and finishes — we help contractors turn drawings into organized quantities and bid-ready scope.

Common questions
Asked by fabricators and GCs.
How do you handle waste factors for drywall and framing takeoffs?+
We apply standardized waste factors (typically 5-10% for drywall sheets and 10% for steel studs) depending on height profiles, layout complexities, and project specifications, which are clearly noted in our assumption log.
Can you detail EIFS and stucco assemblies in detail?+
Yes. We quantify sheathing, vapor barriers, insulation boards, mesh, base coats, finish texture layers, casing beads, weep screeds, expansion joints, and corner trims separately.
How do I verify the accuracy of your material quantities?+
We deliver colored, marked-up PDF plans with every takeoff. Every wall partition, footing, or metal stud run is color-coded so your internal estimators can visually verify exactly what was counted.
Do you provide cost estimates or raw material counts?+
Our standard service provides raw material quantity counts (e.g. cubic yards, square feet, linear feet, tons, piece counts). If unit cost pricing (labor/material rates) is required, we can coordinate cost-database integration.
What is your turnaround time for a complete multi-trade takeoff?+
Our standard turnaround for complete takeoff scopes is 3 to 5 business days, depending on project scale and trade count. We confirm the delivery schedule during our initial 24-hour RFQ review.
