Fabricators Clinic LLC is a Vancouver, BC, Canada based company serving fabricators and contractors across the USA and Canada. The company focuses on shop-ready steel detailing, miscellaneous metals, rebar detailing, estimating, IFC model review, PE stamping coordination through licensed partners, and construction coordination support.
The working philosophy is simple: drawings must help the shop, the field, the estimator, and the project manager move with less confusion. That means clear assumptions, organized marks, practical review cycles, and documentation that respects how steel is fabricated, shipped, installed, revised, and closed out.

- Phase 1
Shop-aware steel detailing
Fabricators Clinic was shaped around practical steel detailing: marks, fit-up, connection clarity, erection sequence, and shop-ready documentation.
- Phase 2
Project portfolio growth
The project library grew across structural steel, miscellaneous metals, stairs, rails, storage facilities, residences, commercial scopes, and model-based coordination work.
- Phase 3
Estimating expansion
The company expanded into construction estimating and multi-trade takeoffs, supporting steel, rebar, drywall, EIFS, stucco, roofing, concrete, finishes, and related scopes.
- Phase 4
3D modeling, 4D simulation & IFC review
Browser-based IFC review and 4D construction-sequence simulation became part of the client experience so project teams can see model context without native software files.
- Phase 5
North America delivery
FCL continues building systems for USA + Canada delivery, including customer portal architecture, internal PM workflow, and scalable communication channels.

Fabricators Clinic is associated with AISC as an associate/detailing member and follows, adheres to, and references applicable North American standards including CWB, AISC, AWS, CSA, CISC, RCSC, ASTM, ACI, and CRSI based on project requirements, specifications, and engineer-of-record direction.
